摘要
近年来,卵巢微环境中代谢与免疫的相互作用机制受到研究者的关注,这一领域的研究进展为理解不孕症的发生发展提供了新的视角。在卵巢生理性衰老及病理状态下,能量代谢、性激素代谢、氧化应激和细胞外基质代谢等因素在卵巢微环境中对免疫调控发挥着重要作用。这些复杂的代谢-免疫相互作用过程对维持卵巢健康及女性生育力至关重要,因此,本文选择卵巢生理性衰老、病理衰老疾病模型即早发性卵巢功能不全,重点从卵巢能量代谢、性激素代谢、脂质代谢及铁代谢等代谢过程与免疫功能的关系,以及氧化应激在这些病理生理过程中的潜在作用等方面进行综述。
In recent years,the interaction mechanism between metabolism and immunity in the ovarian microenvironment has attracted growing attention from researchers.Advances in this field provide new perspectives on the pathogenesis of infertility.In the physiological aging and pathological state of the ovary,factors such as energy metabolism,sex hormone metabolism,oxidative stress,and extracellular matrix metabolism play important roles in immune regulation in the ovarian microenvironment.These biological processes are crucial for maintaining ovarian health and female fertility.This article selects the physiological aging and pathological aging disease models of the ovary,namely premature ovarian insufficiency,and focuses on the relationship between ovarian energy metabolism,sex hormone metabolism,lipid metabolism,iron metabolism and immune function,as well as the potential role of oxidative stress in these pathological and physiological processes.
