摘要
本文采用文献资料法、录像观察法和数理统计等研究方法,对第52届世界体操锦标赛女子高低杠决赛前8名运动员的成绩与动作编排展开分析。结果显示:我国在高低杠项目上具备优势,邱祺缘凭借6.700分的难度分与8.400分的完成分夺冠,但相比美国运动员,在完成质量上仍有提升空间。在动作编排方面,上、下杠动作难度分别集中于A组和D组,以确保动作稳定性;在杠中动作上,我国运动员擅长转体类动作,外国运动员则在飞行动作的编排与完成上表现突出;在连接动作中,多数运动员采用短连接,外国运动员的长连接设计值得借鉴。结论:高低杠项目呈现长连接增加、动作难度提升的发展趋势,我国若想持续保持优势,需重视成套动作编排与完成质量训练,将转体类与飞行类动作融合,在遵循新规则基础上创新动作,注重细节以避免扣分,全面提升运动员技术表现能力。
This paper employs research methods such as literature review,video observation,and mathematical statistics to analyze the results and choreography of the top 8 athletes in the women's uneven bars final of the 52nd World Gymnastics Championships.The results show that China has an advantage in the uneven bars event:Qiu Qiyuan won the championship with a difficulty score of 6.700 and an execution score of 8.400,but there is stil room for improvement in execution quality compared with American athletes.In terms of choreography,the difficulty levels of mount and dismount actions are concentrated in Group A and Group D respectively to ensure stability;during in-bar movements,Chinese athletes excel in turning actions,while foreign athletes demonstrate outstanding choreography and execution of flight movements;most athletes use short connections in linking sequences,and the long connection designs of foreign athletes are worth learning from.The conclusion indicates that the uneven bars event is developing toward increased long connections and higher difficulty levels.To maintain its competitive edge,Chinese team needs to prioritize the training of choreography and execution quality,integrate turning and flight movements,innovate movements based on new rules,pay attention to details to avoid deductions,and comprehensively enhance athletes'technical performance capabilities.
