摘要
目的探讨冰生理盐水鼻腔冲洗在鼻内窥镜术后患者中的应用效果及其对患者出血率及鼻黏膜功能的影响。方法回顾性选取2022年8月至2023年12月联勤保障部队第910医院耳鼻喉科收治的105例鼻内窥镜手术患者作为研究对象,按照不同鼻腔冲洗方法分为对照组(52例)与研究组(53例)。对照组采用常温生理盐水进行鼻腔冲洗,研究组采用冰生理盐水进行鼻腔冲洗。比较两组患者手术相关指标、鼻黏膜功能、炎症指标[白介素-6(IL-6)、γ干扰素(IFN-γ)、嗜酸性粒细胞(EOS)计数]水平及并发症发生率。结果研究组鼻痛消失时间、鼻塞消失时间、术腔上皮化时间短于对照组,鼻气道阻力、术后出血率、并发症总发生率低于对照组,鼻黏膜纤毛输送速率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者IL-6、IFN-γ、EOS计数水平低于本组治疗前,研究组IL-6、IFN-γ、EOS计数水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论鼻内窥镜术后采用冰生理盐水鼻腔冲洗可降低患者术后出血率与并发症发生率,并能够改善其鼻黏膜功能,减轻炎症反应,提高治疗效果。
Objective To explore the application effect of ice normal saline nasal wash in postnasal endoscopy patients and its influence on the bleeding rate and nasal mucosa function of patients.Methods A total of 105 patients who underwent nasal endoscopy in the Department of Otolaryngology of the 910th Hospital of the Joint Logistic Support Force from August 2022 to December 2023 were retrospectively selected as the research objects,they were divided into the control group(52 cases)and the study group(53 cases)according to different nasal wash methods.The control group used normal temperature normal saline for nasal wash,while the study group used ice normal saline for nasal wash.The operation-related indicators,nasal mucosa function,levels of inflammatory indicators(interleukin-6[IL-6],interferon-γ[IFN-γ],eosinophil[EOS]count)and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups of patients.Results The disappearance time of nasal pain,the disappearance time of nasal congestion and the epithelialization time of the surgical cavity in the study group was shorter than that in the control group,the nasal airway resistance,postoperative bleeding rate and the total incidence of complications in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the ciliary transport rate of the nasal mucosa was higher than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of IL-6,IFN-γand EOS in both groups were lower than those before treatment,the count levels of IL-6,IFN-γand EOS in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Ice normal saline nasal wash after nasal endoscopy can reduce the postoperative bleeding rate and complication rate of patients,improve their nasal mucosa function,alleviate the inflammatory response,and enhance the therapeutic effect.
