摘要
目的 探究肝脏肿瘤患者应用介入治疗联合免疫治疗的临床疗效。方法 筛选出80例患有肝脏疾病患者,以患者采取不同治疗方法 ,完成临床的分组工作,两组患者均为40例。实施介入治疗为对照组,联合免疫治疗为观察组。观察患者生存期、治疗效果以及并发症发生情况。结果 对照组生存期(1.02±0.23)年,观察组(1.90±0.22)年,观察组在生存期方面明显更优(P<0.05);两组总有效率进行比较,为观察组更优(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率更低(P<0.05)。结论 对肝脏肿瘤患者应用介入治疗联合免疫治疗能显著增强疗效,从而延长生存期,该联合疗法的临床应用价值显著。
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of interventional therapy combined with immunotherapy in patients with liver tumors.Methods 80 patients with liver diseases were selected and clinically grouped according to different treatment methods.Both groups were 40 cases.Interventional therapy was the control group,and combined immunotherapy was the observation group.The survival period,treatment effect and actual complications of the observed patients were observed.Results The survival time of the control group was(1.02±0.23)years,and that of the observation group was(1.90±0.22)years.The observation group was significantly better in survival(P<0.05).The comparison of the total effective rate between the two groups showed that the observation group was better(P<0.05),and the comparison of the complications between the two groups showed that the observation group was lower(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of interventional therapy combined with immunotherapy in patients with liver tumors can significantly enhance the therapeutic effect and thus prolong the survival time,and the clinical application value of this combined therapy is significant.
