摘要
目的:探讨快速康复护理在行腹腔镜手术的胆结石合并高血压患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2022年7月—2024年1月于齐河县人民医院行腹腔镜手术的胆结石合并高血压患者72例作为研究对象,依据随机数字表法分为参照组(36例,开展常规护理)和观察组(36例,开展快速康复护理)。对比两组护理效果。结果:观察组并发症总发生率低于参照组(P=0.013)。观察组术后首次排气时间、术后首次进食时间、术后首次下床时间、术后首次排便时间、术后肠鸣音恢复时间均早于参照组(P<0.05)。护理后,两组Barthel指数评分高于护理前,且观察组高于参照组(P<0.05)。观察组护理态度、护理技能、护理主动性、疾病宣传情况、护理流程、护理意识评分高于参照组(P<0.05)。结论:快速康复护理在行腹腔镜手术的胆结石合并高血压患者中的应用效果理想,能够减少并发症,促进患者术后恢复,提高其日常生活活动能力和护理满意度。
Objective:To explore the application effect of rapid rehabilitation nursing in patients with gallstones and hypertension undergoing laparoscopic surgery.Methods:A total of 72 patients with gallstones and hypertension who underwent laparoscopic surgery at Qihe County People's Hospital between July 2022 and January 2024 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into groups a reference group(36 cases,receiving routine nursing)and an observation group(36 cases,receiving rapid rehabilitation nursing)using a random number table method.The nursing effects of two groups were compared.Results:The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the reference group(P=0.013).The time of postoperative first exhaust,postoperative first feeding,postoperative first ambulation,postoperative first defecation,and postoperative bowel sound recovery in the observation group were all earlier than those in the reference group(P<0.05).After nursing,the Barthel index scores in both groups were higher than those before nursing,and the scores in the observation group were higher than those in the reference group(P<0.05).The scores of nursing attitude,nursing skills,nursing initiative,disease propaganda,nursing process,and nursing awareness in the observation group were all higher than those in the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of rapid rehabilitation nursing in patients with gallstones and hypertension undergoing laparoscopic surgery shows ideal effects,and can reduce complications,promote postoperative rehabilitation of patients,and enhance their daily living activities and nursing satisfaction.
