摘要
目前我国公路发展处于从重建设期过渡至重养护期的转型阶段。通过提升公路养护信息数字化水平,从而达到保障公路正常运营、提高公路养护效率、降低养护成本、指导公路养护与管理决策的目的。公路养护信息化平台建设为近年来交通领域的重点发展方向,已在全国交通行业逐渐得到推广应用,为了促进公路养护信息化平台建设的进一步发展,集约开发更优化的平台应用。依托江西省公路养护信息化平台建设与应用为工程背景,重点论述了交通设施结构智能监测平台与智慧公路平台建设情况,探索公路养护管理信息化平台建设与应用研究。
At present,China's highway development is in the transition stage from the reconstruction period to the maintenance-prioritized period.By improving the digital level of highway maintenance information so as to ensure the normal operation of highway,improve the efficiency of highway maintenance,reduce the maintenance cost,and guide the decision of highway maintenance and management,the construction of highway maintenance information platform is a key development method in the field of transportation in recent years which has been gradually promoted and applied in the national transportation industry.In order to promote the further development of highway maintenance information platform construction,more optimized platform applications are intensively developed.Based on the construction and application of highway maintenance information platform in Jiangxi Province,in the paper,focusing on the construction of intelligent monitoring platform and intelligent highway platform for traffic facilities structure,the construction and application of highway maintenance management information platform are explored.
