摘要
针对以丝绵木作砧木嫁接金丝吊蝴蝶成活率低的技术难题,该文系统地从接穗的采集时间、嫁接时期的温度、接穗和砧木的木质化程度对嫁接成活率及新梢生长量进行对比研究。结果表明:每年5月11日左右,采用双嫩枝嫁接方法平均成活率达到95%以上,新梢平均日生长量最大。此项技术创新使金丝吊蝴蝶嫁接成活率由50%左右提高到95%以上。
In response to the technical challenge of low survival rate of Euonymus schensianus grafted onto Euonymus maackii,this study systematically compared the grafting survival rate and new shoot growth of scions and rootstocks based on the collection time of scions,temperature during grafting,and lignification degree of scions and rootstocks.The results showed that when the temperature remained stable between 21~28℃ in May,using the double tender shoot grafting method resulted in an average survival rate of over 95% and an average daily shoot growth of 0.34 cm.This technological innovation has increased the grafting survival rate of Euonymus schensianus from around 50% to over 95%.
