节段拼装式三角形绝缘立梯设计

Design of Segmented Assembled Triangular Electrified Insulated Vertical Ladder

摘要 在农田、山区及院落内等地形复杂地区,绝缘承载设备无法到达作业现场。为了提高现场工作效率,降低作业安全风险,设计一种能在不停电情况下代替绝缘斗臂车完成作业项目的新型绝缘承载工具,即节段拼装式三角形绝缘立梯。该梯子具有组装灵活、运输方便、移位便捷、稳定性强、承载力大的特点。梯子由底座、地锚、拉绳、横向绝缘拉杆及梯节等组成。通过建立空间有限元分析模型,对其进行自振特性及受力分析。结果表明,梯子扭转及侧向弯曲的振型易被激发,可满足1—3人在任意作业位置及偏心荷载、风荷载同时作用下攀爬和作业两种工作的要求。梯子最大侧向位移,立柱最大拉、压应力及拉线拉力均远低于极限值,安全系数最小达到9.7,可应用于地形复杂的作业现场。 In complex terrain areas as farmlands,mountainous regions and courtyards,insulating load-bearing equipment cannot reach the operation site.In order to improve the on-site working efficiency and reduce the safety risks of operations,this paper designs a new type of insulated load-bearing tool that can replace insulated bucket arm vehicles to complete operation projects without power interruption,namely the segmental assembly type triangular electrified insulated vertical ladder.This ladder has the features of flexible assembly,convenient transportation,easy relocation,strong stability and large load-bearing capacity.A ladder is composed of a base,ground anchors,pull ropes,horizontal insulating pull rods and ladder sections,etc.By establishing a spatial finite element analysis model,its natural vibration characteristics and force analysis are carried out.The results show that the vibration patterns of the ladder twisting and lateral bending are easily excited.At the same time,the ladder can meet the requirements of climbing and working for one to three people at any working position and under eccentric load and wind load.The maximum lateral displacement of the ladder,the maximum tensile stress and compressive stress of the column,and the tensile force of the pull wire are all far below the limit values.The minimum safety factor reaches 9.7,and it can be applied to the operation site in complex terrain.
