摘要
秦芋34号是以YS03-3349为母本、鄂马铃薯5号为父本,通过有性杂交选育而成的中晚熟马铃薯新品种。该品种生育期90 d左右,株高63 cm左右,植株半直立到开展,茎绿中带紫,叶绿色,花冠白色,匍匐茎长度短,块茎扁圆形,黄皮白肉,表皮光滑,芽眼较浅。单薯质量58.04 g,商品薯率84.9%,平均667 m^(2)产量2 099.3 kg。块茎干物质含量(w,后同)18%,蛋白质含量1.93 g·100 g^(-1),维生素C含量12.64 mg·100 g^(-1),还原糖含量0.47 g·100 g^(-1),淀粉含量14.5 g·100 g^(-1),适合鲜食。该品种经室内接种鉴定表现为抗病毒病、中抗晚疫病。2024年通过农业农村部非主要农作物品种登记。
Qinyu No.34 is a new medium-late-maturing potato variety developed through sexual hybridization,with YS03-3349 as the female parent and Emalingshu No.5 as the male parent.The growth period for this variety is about 90 days,and the plants reach a height of approximately 63 cm,with a semi-upright to spreading growth habit.The stems are green with purple accents,the leaves are green,and the flower corolla is white.The stolons are short,and the tubers are flat-round with yellow skin,white flesh,smooth skin,and shallow eyes.The average tuber mass is 58.04 g,with a commercial tuber rate of 84.9%and an average yield of 2099.3 kg per 667 m^(2).The tubers contain 18%dry matter content,1.93 g·100 g^(-1) protein content,12.64 m·100 g^(-1) vitamin C content,0.47 g·100 g^(-1) reducing sugar content,and 14.5 g·100 g^(-1) starch content,making it suitable for fresh consumption.In laboratory inoculation tests,Qinyu No.34 showed resistance to viral diseases and moderate resistance to late blight.
