摘要
在生成式AI技术快速迭代与图书馆智慧化转型的双重背景下,图书馆面临传统服务模式效率低、资源整合能力不足、用户个性化需求难以满足等问题,而主流AIGC模型因高成本、闭源架构及静态知识库等局限,难以适配图书馆服务的普惠性与动态性需求。分析了DeepSeek在计算效能、资源管理、服务范式及风险控制等维度的突破性,通过调研Deep⁃Seek在现有图书馆中的应用现状,探讨了它在智能咨询、个性化推荐、阅读推广、无障碍服务和文化遗产活化等服务场景中的实践价值与挑战,为未来DeepSeek赋能图书馆虚拟馆员服务提供了参考依据与借鉴思路。
Under the dual background of the rapid iteration of generative artificial intelligence technology and the intelligent transformation of libraries,libraries are confronted with problems such as low efficiency of traditional service models,insufficient resource integration capabilities,and difficulty in meeting users’personalized demands.However,the mainstream AIGC models,due to limitations such as high cost,closed-source architecture and static knowledge bases,are difficult to adapt to the requirements of universality and dynamics of library services.This paper analyzes the breakthroughs of DeepSeek in dimensions such as computing efficiency,resource management,service paradigm and risk control,and by conducting research on the application status of DeepSeek in existing libraries,explores its practical value and challenges in service scenarios such as intelligent consultation,personalized recommendation,reading promotion,barrier-free services,and the revitalization of cultural heritage,providing a reference basis and ideas for DeepSeek to empower virtual librarian services in libraries in the future.
