摘要
目的观察桉柠蒎肠溶胶囊联合异丙托溴铵气雾剂对急性加重期慢性阻塞性肺疾病(AECOPD)患者肺功能及炎性因子水平的影响。方法随机将漳州市第二医院2023年5月至2024年10月期间收治的AECOPD患者94例分为两组,各47例。两组均进行对症综合治疗,对照组给予异丙托溴铵气雾剂治疗,观察组在此基础上联合桉柠蒎肠溶胶囊治疗,连续治疗14 d。比较两组临床疗效、炎性因子水平、肺功能、症状改善时间、不良反应。结果观察组总有效率较对照组高(P<0.05);治疗后,两组血清C反应蛋白(CRP)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平降低,且观察组较对照组低(P<0.05);治疗后,两组用力肺活量(FVC)、第1秒用力呼气量(FEV1)、呼气高峰流量(PEF)值、FEV1/FVC值均提高,且观察组较对照组高(P<0.05);观察组气促消失、咳嗽缓解、喘息消失、住院时间较对照组短(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率差异无统计意义(P>0.05)。结论桉柠蒎肠溶胶囊联合异丙托溴铵气雾剂治疗AECOPD疗效较佳,可调低机体炎性因子水平,改善肺功能,促进病情恢复,缩短症状及住院时间,且联合治疗安全性较高。
Objective To observe the effect of eucalyptol,limonene and pinene enteric capsules combined with ipratropium bromide aerosol on lung function and inflammatory factor levels in patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(AECOPD).Methods 94 patients with AECOPD admitted to The Second Hospital of Zhangzhou between May 2023 and October 2024 were randomly divided into 2 groups of 47 patients each.Both groups were treated with symptomatic comprehensive therapy,and the control group was given ipratropium bromide aerosol,the observation group was treated with a combination of eucalyptol,limonene and pinene enteric capsules on the basis of the control group,continuous treatment for 14 days.Clinical efficacy,inflammatory factor levels,lung function,time to symptomatic improvement,and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate was higher in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05);after treatment,serum CRP,IL-6,and TNF-αlevels were lower in both groups,and the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05);after treatment,the FVC,FEV1,PEF,and FEV1/FVC values were higher in both groups,and the observation group were higher than the control group(P<0.05);compared with the control group,the disappearance of shortness of breath,coughing relief,wheezing disappearance,and hospitalization time,the observation group were shorter(P<0.05);there was no statistically significant different in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Eucalyptol,limonene and pinene enteric capsules combined with ipratropium bromide aerosol has better efficacy in the treatment of AECOPD,which can lower the level of inflammatory factors in the body,improve lung function,promote recovery,shorten the symptoms and hospitalization time,and the safety of the combined treatment is higher.
