摘要
林业有害生物防治关系到林业建设以及社会经济可持续发展,是推进林业高质量发展的重要保障。基于2013—2022年林业有害生物相关数据,采用空间与时序分析相结合的方法,分析我国林业有害生物防治的总体现状,识别其中存在问题,并据此提出多维度协同治理框架,包括:完善监测预警防治体系、加大专项人才培养力度、创新绿色生物防治技术等,以期为我国提升森林资源保护水平,构建林业生态安全屏障提供参考。
The prevention and control of forestry pests is related to forestry construction and sustainable social and economic development,and is an important guarantee for promoting the high-quality development of forestry.Based on the relevant data of forestry pests from 2013 to 2022,in this paper,the overall status of forestry pest control in China by combining spatial(Arcgis)and time series analysis was analyzed,the existing problems were identified,and a multi-dimensional collaborative governance framework was proposed,including:improve the monitoring and early warning prevention system,increase the training of special talents,and innovate green biological control technology,etc.,in order to improve the level of forest resource protection in China.Provide support for the construction of forestry ecological security barriers.
