摘要
为提高Q345B结构钢的表面硬度和强度,采用超音速双丝电弧喷涂在其表面合成沉积TiN-TiO_(2)层状涂层。通过XRD、XPS、SEM及EDS,分析了涂层的物相和元素组成、表面形貌和涂层-基底界面处的元素扩散行为。使用纳米压痕仪测试涂层的杨氏模量和硬度。结果表明,涂层由TiN、TiO_(2)、TiN_(0.3)三种不同相组成,涂层结构致密,孔隙率较低,界面处存在一定厚度的冶金结合区。同时涂层表现出极高的硬度和较高的杨氏模量,分别为26.3 GPa和251.3GPa,硬度约是Q345B结构钢基体的10倍。
In order to improve the surface hardness and strength of Q345B structural steel,TiN-TiO_(2)layered coatings were synthetically deposited on its surface by supersonic dual-filament arc spraying.Combined with XRD,XPS,SEM and EDS,the physical and elemental composition of the coatings,surface morphology and elemental diffusion behavior at the coating-substrate interface were analyzed.The Young's modulus and hardness of the coatings were tested using a nanoindentation meter.The results show that the coating consists of TiN,TiO_(2),and TiN_(0.3),which has a dense coating structure,low porosity,and a certain thickness of metallurgical bonding zone at the interface.It also exhibits very high hardness of 26.3 GPa and high Young's modulus of 251.3 GPa,and the hardness is 10 times of that of Q345B structural steel substrate.
