摘要
采用硬脂酸(SA)对硅灰石进行表面改性,考察了改性前后不同量硅灰石对丁苯橡胶硫化性能、力学性能的影响,并对改性后硅灰石填充丁苯橡胶(SBR)的抗滑性能进行了测试。红外光谱分析及接触角测试证实,硬脂酸与硅灰石表面的羟基发生了化学反应,这一反应显著提升了硅灰石的疏水性能。力学性能和硫化性能测试表明,经硬脂酸改性后,硅灰石复合材料的力学性能得到增强,硫化速度也相应加快。动态力学分析和止滑性能测试结果进一步表明,添加改性硅灰石降低了复合材料的滚动阻力,显著提升了其止滑性能,特别是在抗油滑性能方面表现突出。当改性硅灰石含量达到30phr时,复合材料在油面上的摩擦系数达到最高值0.64,相较于未添加硅灰石的复合材料,提升幅度高达256%。
Surface modification of wollastonite was carried out with stearic acid(SA),and the effects of different amounts of wollastonite before and after modification on the vulcanization and mechanical properties of butadiene styrene rubber(SBR)were investigated.The anti slip performance of modified wollastonite filled rubber was also tested.FT-IR and contact angle testing show that stearic acid reacts with hydroxyl groups on the surface of wollastonite,resulting in a significant increase in its hydrophobicity.The mechanical and vulcanization performance tests show that after modification with stearic acid,the mechanical properties of the composite material of wollastonite increase and the vulcanization rate becomes faster.The results of dynamic mechanics analysis(DMA)and anti slip performance testing show that the addition of modified wollastonite reduces the rolling resistance of the composite material,improves its anti slip performance,especially the anti oil slip performance.When the modified wollastonite content is 30 phr,the oil surface friction coefficient of the composite material is the highest,reaching 0.64,and the improvement is as high as 256%compared to the one without wollastonite added.SEM results show that the interface gap between unmodified wollastonite and rubber is clear,while the interface gap is blurred after modification,further indicating that wollastonite is an effective surface modifier that can improve the compatibility between wollastonite and rubber.
