摘要
随着社会经济的发展,电力系统日益变得复杂,作为维持电力系统稳定运行的重要设备之一的开关柜也发挥着越来越重要的作用,对于开关柜电弧故障的安全防护也必须加以重视。为了实现对开关柜的电弧故障实现有效防护,文中首先对开关柜内部电弧故障产生的原因及造成的危害进行介绍,然后比较了现有处理开关柜电弧故障的方法,分析了开关柜泄压通道方法、故障诊断信息传送给上级断路器方法的不足,得到了一种利用故障电弧检测和快速接地开关保护开关柜,防止开关柜发生重大事故的方法,并通过比较现有故障检测方法以及快速接地开关机构的两种驱动方式,具体介绍了弧光过流保护判据与电磁斥力机构相结合的方案,可以实现对开关柜内部电弧故障的有效保护。
With the development of social economy,the power system has become increasingly complex,the switch-gear cabinet,as one of the important equipment to maintain stable operation of the power system,also plays an in-creasingly important role,and attention shall be paid to the the safe protection of the arc fault of the switchgear cabi-net.In order to achieve effective protection against the arc fault of the switchgear cabinet,the causes and harm due to the arc fault inside the switchgear cabinet are introduced firstly in this paper.Then,the existing methods for dealing with the arc fault of the switchgear cabinet is compared,the insufficiency of the pressure relief channel method of the switchgear cabinet and of the fault diagnosis information transmitted to the host circuit breaker is analyzed,and a method of using fault arc detection and rapid earthing switch to protect the switchgear cabinet and prevent major acci-dents in the switchgear cabinet is obtained.By comparing the existing fault detection methods and the two driving modes of the operating mechanism for the fast earthing switch,the scheme of combining the arc overcurrent protec-tion criterion and the electromagnetic repulsion mechanism is introduced,which can realize the effective protection of the internal arc fault of the switchgear cabinet.
