摘要
针对传统机械设计方法存在的效率不高、协同困难、精度不足等问题,深入分析了智能制造技术在机械设计中的应用优势,探索了数字化仿真、拓扑优化算法、增材制造等智能制造技术在机械设计中的应用场景。通过应用案例分析,证明了采用参数化建模与仿真、数字孪生虚拟验证、物联网数据互通、智能算法协同等辅助决策,可有效提升设计效率,降低研发成本,为优化设计流程、满足个性化生产需求提供了可行路径。
In view of the problems such as low efficiency,poor collaboration,and inadequate accuracy in traditional mechanical approaches,this paper conducts an in-depth analysis of the application advantages of intelligent manufacturing technologies in mechanical design.It also explores the application scenarios of such intelligent manufacturing technologies as digital simulation,topological optimization algorithms,and additive manufacturing within the field of mechanical design.Through case studies on practical applications,it is demonstrated that parameterized modeling and simulation,digital twin-based virtual verification,IoT-enabled data interoperability,and intelligent algorithm-based data mining can effectively enhance design efficiency,reduce R&D costs,and provide a feasible pathway for optimizing design processes and meeting personalized production demands in the modern equipment manufacturing industry.
