RV减速器角度误差调整及公差分配方法

Adjustment of angle error and tolerance allocation methods for RV reducers

摘要 【目的】针对曲柄轴、摆线轮、针齿壳等关键承载零件在加工及制造过程中存在角度误差,导致旋转矢量(Rotary Vector,RV)减速器传动精度及传动平稳性降低的问题,提出了基于状态空间模型的RV减速器角度误差调整方法及公差分配方法。【方法】首先,以BX40E型减速器为研究对象,构建了该减速器的误差传递链,说明了RV减速器误差的传递路径;其次,建立了误差传递过程的状态空间模型,结合最优控制理论,综合考虑传动精度、调整工时成本、测量不确定度等因素,给出了各装配步的最优调整量和最终误差状态;最后,以加工总成本最小为目标函数,利用遗传算法完成了关键零件角度公差的分配。【结果】研究结果证明了该方法在提高RV减速器传动精度及稳定性方面的有效性;但应根据实际精度需求选取不同精度权值,以使成本最低。 [Objective]Aiming at the problems that angular errors in key load-bearing components such as crankshafts,cycloidal gears,and pin gear shells during processing and manufacturing lead to the reduction of transmission accuracy and stability of rotary vector(RV)reducers,an angular error adjustment method and a tolerance allocation method for RV reducers based on state space models were proposed.[Methods]Firstly,taking the BX40E reducer as the research object,the error transmission chain of the reducer was constructed to illustrate the error transmission path of the RV reducer.Secondly,a state space model of the error transmission process was established.Combining with the optimal control theory and comprehensively considering factors such as transmission accuracy,adjustment man-hour cost,and measurement uncertainty,the optimal adjustment amount for each assembly step and the final error state were given.Finally,with the minimum total processing cost as the objective function,the angular tolerance allocation of key components was completed by using the genetic algorithm.[Results]The research results prove the effectiveness of this method in improving the transmission accuracy and stability of RV reducers,but different accuracy weight values should be selected according to actual accuracy requirements to minimize costs.
