摘要
以一种新型钢结构梁外检查车为例,利用有限元软件SAP2000模拟桁架结构在实际作业时的受力情况,分析不同荷载工况条件下的钢箱梁梁外检查车的力学性能。分析结果表明,桁架结构检查车在实际工作时的支座反力、各节点位移和各结构杆件轴力值均符合实际工作要求。研究成果可以为检查车的设计与应用提供理论支撑。
Taking a new steel structure beam inspection car as an example,the finite element software SAP2000 was used to simulate the stress of the truss structure during actual operation,and the stress performance under different load conditions was analyzed.The analysis results show that the support reaction force,the displacements of each node and the axial force of each structural member of the truss structure are all in line with the actual working requirements.It provides theoretical support for the design and application of inspection vehicle.
