SiC基复合陶瓷力学性能和电磁性能及其一体化改性研究进展

摘要 碳化硅(SiC)作为一种介电性能优秀的电磁吸波材料,在通信、雷达、医疗等领域具有重要应用价值,尤其在国防领域对于隐身技术至关重要。SiC虽然具有高稳定性、高强度、耐腐蚀、耐高温等优点,但也有着阻抗匹配不佳、吸波机制单一的缺点。随着科技的不断进步,对SiC基陶瓷的性能提出了更高要求。本文综述了SiC基陶瓷在电磁性能和力学性能改性方面的最新研究进展。特别关注了通过材料组分的精确调控、烧结工艺的优化、添加剂种类与比例的调整以及温度控制等手段,以提升SiC基陶瓷的力学性能。本文从涂覆型和结构型陶瓷两个维度,详细介绍了SiC基陶瓷电磁性能改性的方法,并深入探讨了合成纳米复合材料、添加多功能填料、纳米结构控制以及纳米粒子改性等策略在电磁性能和力学性能协同优化中的关键作用。这些策略不仅显著增强了材料的弯曲强度和断裂韧性,还通过电磁参数的优化,有效提高了电磁波的吸收和屏蔽效能,为电磁吸波材料在极端环境下的应用提供了新的可能性,为开发多功能一体化的SiC基陶瓷材料提供了丰富的技术路线和应用前景。本综述旨在为SiC基陶瓷在高性能电磁吸波材料领域的研究和应用提供坚实的理论基础和实践指导,以期推动相关材料技术的快速发展和广泛应用,有助于提升产业竞争力、国家安全和经济社会的可持续发展。 Silicon carbide(SiC),as an electromagnetic wave absorbing material with excellent dielectric properties,has important application value in the fields of communication,radar,medical treatment and so on,especially in the field of national defense,which is very important for stealth technology.Although SiC has the advantages of high stability,high strength,corrosion resistance and high temperature resistance,it also has the disadvantages of poor impedance matching and single absorbing mechanism.With the continuous progress of science and technology,higher requirements are put forward for the properties of SiC Based Ceramics.This paper reviews the latest research progress in the modification of electromagnetic and mechanical properties of SiC-based ceramics.Special attention was paid to improving the mechanical properties of SiC-based ceramics by means of precise control of material components,optimization of sintering process,adjustment of additive types and proportions,and temperature control.In this paper,the modification methods of electromagnetic properties of SiC-based ceramics were introduced in detail from the two dimensions of coating and structural ceramics,and the key roles of the strategies of synthesizing nanocomposites,adding multifunctional fillers,nano structure control and nano particle modification in the collaborative optimization of electromagnetic properties and mechanical properties were discussed.These strategies not only significantly enhanced the bending strength and fracture toughness of the materials,but also effectively improved the electromagnetic wave absorption and shielding effectiveness through the optimization of electromagnetic parameters,which provided new possibilities for the application of electromagnetic wave absorbing materials in extreme environments,and provided rich technical routes and application prospects for the development of multifunctional SiC-based ceramic materials.The purpose of this review is to provide a solid theoretical basis and practical guidance for the research and application of SiC-based ceramic in the field of high-performance electromagnetic wave absorbing materials,in order to promote the rapid development and wide application of related material technology,and help to enhance industrial competitiveness,national security and sustainable economic and social development.
