广西钢铁3800m^(3)高炉降低燃料比的生产措施

摘要 对广西钢铁3800m^(3)高炉降低燃料比的生产措施进行了总结。为了提高企业竞争力,广西钢铁针对铁前降本深入挖潜,围绕降低燃料比采取一系列措施:①加强原燃料管理,稳定原燃料质量;②强化炉前运行管控,改进铁口维护、确保及时出净渣铁;③改进操作,优化下部制度、控制水温差;④优化高炉操作团队和工艺流程团队建设。2023年,3800m^(3)高炉实现长期稳定顺行,煤气流分布合理,煤气利用率得以提高,取得了良好的技术经济指标,焦比、燃料比分别稳定在350kg/t、505kg/t以下,吨铁风耗为950m^(2)/t,炼铁成本得到很好地控制。 The measures and effects of lowering fuel rate in 3800 m^(3)blast furnace of Guangxi Steel are described.With the aim of enhancing its competitive edge,the company takes a host of measures to reduce the production cost of the sintering,coking and blast furnace process,and to lower the fuel rate,such as(1)escalating the management of raw material and fuel to stabilize their quality;(2)strengthening the control of cast-house operation and the maintenance of the taphole to ensure that the hot metal and slag can be completely discharged in time;(3)improving the operation by optimizing the blasting system and differential water temperature control;(4)organizing an effective BF operation team and technological process team.In 2023,the furnace achieved long-term stable and smooth operation with appropriate gas flow distribution and higher utilization rate of gas;and the furnace saw good techno-economic indicators:the coke rate and fuel rate dropped below 350 kg/t and 505 kg/t respectively,and the blast consumption stabilized at 950m^(3)/t;The furnace achieves efficient control of the production cost.
