当前海外中国式现代化舆论动向及政党传播启示

Current Trends in Overseas Public Discourse on Chinese-style Modernization and Implications for Party-led Communication

摘要当前海外有关中国式现代化的研究和舆论出现新的动向,值得高度关注。首先是中国式现代化的“世界意义”已成为一些国家和学者研究的重点,相关研究或是认为中国式现代化真正打破了西方垄断数百年的人类现代化叙事,或是立足中国近期重要外交实践强调中国式现代化的“世界意义”,俄罗斯等开始集中强调以中国式现代化经验具体深入启示各国发展思路。同时片面错误解读中国式现代化的一些代表性研究和观点中,已很少有单就中国而论中国式现代化者,而多是立足中国式现代化已经或可能产生的世界性影响展开研究,区别仅在于直接否定中国式现代化的世界影响,抑或通过价值否定中国式现代化的特征,间接达到遏制中国式现代化价值传播的目的。还有当前西方的西方式现代化批判浪潮愈演愈烈,如同一把双刃剑,也对中国式现代化的国际传播产生复杂影响。这都提示中国式现代化国际传播思路和策略应有相应调整创新,特别是更注重开展直接由执政党主导的传播工作。 Recent developments in overseas research and public discourse concerning Chinese-style modernization have drawn increasing attention.First,the global significance of Chinese-style modernization has become a focal point for scholars and policymakers in various countries.Some studies argue that it has fundamentally broken the centuries-long Western monopoly on the narrative of modernization,while others highlight its global relevance based on China s recent diplomatic practices.Countries such as Russia are beginning to explore how the Chinese experience of modernization can offer concrete insights for their own development models.Meanwhile,among critical or misinterpreted views of Chinese-style modernization,few treat it solely as a domestic phenomenon.Instead,most focus on its actual or potential global impact.The difference lies in whether they outright reject its global significance or deny its characteristics in order to hinder the international dissemination of its values.At the same time,the growing wave of criticism toward Western-style modernization in the West acts as a double-edged sword,bringing complex effects to the international communication of Chinese-style modernization.These evolving trends suggest the need to adjust and innovate strategies for global communication,with particular emphasis on strengthening Party-led communication efforts.
