摘要
为揭示青甘韭(Allium przewalskianum Regel)对土壤干旱胁迫的生理响应机制及其抗旱特性,以1年生和2年生青甘韭苗为试验材料,设置6个梯度土壤水分处理(CK:70%~75%、T1:60%~65%、T2:50%~55%、T3:40%~45%、T4:30%~35%、T5:20%~25%),系统测定了枯叶数、鲜叶数、株高、假茎粗、叶粗等形态指标,以及超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性、过氧化物酶(POD)活性和丙二醛(MDA)含量等生理指标。结果表明:干旱胁迫抑制青甘韭苗的生长,表现为鲜叶数减少、株高降低、假茎粗和叶粗下降,且2年生苗的受影响程度大于1年生苗。在干旱胁迫初期(8月28日),1年生和2年生青甘韭苗的枯叶数、株高、假茎粗在各处理下均与CK无显著性差异,随着干旱胁迫时间延长(10月12日)及干旱胁迫程度的加重,青甘韭苗的生长抑制程度增加,1年生青甘韭苗T5处理下的株高、叶粗和T4处理下的假茎粗最低,分别较CK显著降低35.54%、53.69%和43.71%;2年生青甘韭苗T5处理下的假茎粗、叶粗和T4处理下的株高最低,分别较CK显著降低38.19%、48.71%和46.35%。生理指标方面,1年生和2年生青甘韭苗叶片和根系中的SOD活性、POD活性及MDA含量均与土壤含水量呈负线性关系(R2>0.9);1年生苗的SOD、POD活性和MDA含量均低于2年生苗,且后者在胁迫下的增幅更大(叶片SOD除外)。综上,1年生青甘韭苗表现出更强的形态适应性和抗氧化调节能力,其抗旱性显著优于2年生苗。本研究为青甘韭的抗旱栽培及精准水分管理提供了科学依据。
To reveal the physiological response mechanism and drought resistance of Allium przewalskianum Regel to soil drought stress,1-year-old and 2-year-old Allium przewalskianum Regel seedlings were used as experimental materials.Six gradient soil moisture treatments(CK:70%-75%,T1:60%-65%,T2:50%-55%,T3:40%-45%,T4:30%-35%,T5:20%-25%)were set up,and morphological indicators such as dead leaf number,fresh leaf number,plant height,pseudostem thickness,leaf thickness,as well as physiological indicators such as superoxide dismutase(SOD)activity,peroxidase(POD)activity and malondialdehyde(MDA)content were systematically measured.The results showed that drought stress inhibited the growth of Allium przewalskianum Regel,manifested as a decrease in fresh leaf number,plant height,pseudostem thickness and leaf thickness,with 2-year-old seedlings being more affected than 1-year-old seedlings.In the early stage of drought stress(August 28),there was no significant difference in the number of dead leaves,plant height,and pseudostem diameter between 1-year-old and 2-year-old Allium przewalskianum Regel and CK under each treatment.As the duration of drought stress prolonged(October 12th)and the degree of drought stress intensified,the degree of growth inhibition of Allium przewalskianum Regel increased.The plant height,leaf thickness of 1-year-old Allium przewalskianum Regel seedlings under T5 treatment and pseudostem thickness under T4 treatment were the lowest,significantly reduced by 35.54%、53.69%and 43.71%compared to CK,respectively.The pseudostem and leaf thickness of 2-year-old Allium przewalskianum Regel seedlings under T5 treatment and the plant height under T4 treatment were the lowest,significantly reduced by 38.19%、48.71%and 46.35%compared to CK,respectively.In terms of physiological indicators,SOD activity,POD activity and MDA content in the leaves and roots of 1-year-old and 2-year-old Allium przewalskianum Regel showed a negative linear relationship with soil moisture content(R2>0.9).The SOD activity,POD activity and MDA content of 1-year-old seedlings were lower than those of 2-year-old seedlings,and the latter showed a greater increase under stress(except for leaf SOD).In summary,1-year-old Allium przewalskianum Regel seedlings exhibit stronger morphological adaptability and antioxidant regulation ability,whose drought resistance is significantly better than that of 2-year-old seedlings.This study provides a scientific basis for drought resistant cultivation and precise water management of Allium przewalskianum Regel.
