摘要
创新链、产业链、资金链作为构建良好产业生态系统的重要要素,三者耦合协调发展对产业整体实现高质量发展至关重要。基于2019—2023年广州市新材料产业34个细分领域高新技术企业年度调查汇总面板数据,运用耦合协调度模型测度新材料产业链、资金链和创新链“三链”耦合度及耦合协调度,并运用多元回归模型分析新材料产业“三链”耦合协调发展的主要影响因素。研究结果表明:广州市新材料产业“三链”耦合协调发展呈稳健向好态势,其中高分子材料新型加工及应用、精细化学品制备及应用、新型功能高分子材料制备及应用、新型纤维及复合材料制备四个细分领域在2023年度“三链”达到高耦合—中高协调的较好发展阶段。进出口规模、银行贷款总额、研发投入、技术合同成交额,以及国家或行业标准制定是广州市新材料产业“三链”耦合协调发展的主要影响因素。最后,针对性提出了推动广州市新材料产业耦合协调发展的对策建议。
The innovation chain,industry chain,and capital chain are important elements in building a good industrial ecosystem,and their coordinated development is crucial for the overall high-quality development of the industry.Based on the annual survey and summary panel data of high-tech enterprises in 34 sub-sectors of the new materials industry in Guangzhou from 2019 to 2023,the coupling coordination degree model is used to measure the coupling degree and coordination of the“three chains”of the new materials industry chain,capital chain,and innovation chain.The multiple regression model is used to analyze the main influencing factors of the coupling coordination development of the“three chains”of the new materials industry.The research results indicate that:The coordinated development of the“three chains”coupling in Guangzhou's new materials industry is showing a steady and positive trend.Among them,the four sub-fields of new processing and application of polymer materials,preparation and application of fine chemicals,preparation and application of new functional polymer materials,and preparation of new fibers and composite materials reached a good development stage of high coupling medium high coordination in the“three chains”in 2023.The import and export scale,total bank loans,research and development investment,technology contract transaction volume,and the formulation of national or industry standards are the main influencing factors for the coordinated development of the“three chains”of Guangzhou's new materials industry.Finally,targeted countermeasures and suggestions are proposed to promote the coordinated development of Guangzhou's new materials industry coupling.
