基于知识图谱的新能源汽车交流充电故障研究

摘要 新能源汽车的广泛应用使交流充电系统的可靠性成为影响用户体验和产业发展的关键因素,但交流充电故障致因复杂且多维交互,传统诊断方法难以满足高精度和系统性需求。知识图谱技术凭借其整合故障特征和逻辑关系的能力,为故障诊断提供了新思路,相比传统方法更具优势。以新能源汽车交流充电控制导引电路为基础,结合实际车辆充电监测数据和专家知识,构建了故障知识图谱,并设计了基于事件控制逻辑的故障诊断流程。实践应用结果表明,该流程能快速、准确定位故障点,平均诊断时间缩短35%,且普适性强,适用于多种新能源汽车品牌和型号。 The widespread application of new energy vehicles has made the reliability of the alternating current charging system a key factor affecting user experience and industrial development.However,the causes of AC charging faults are complex and involve multidimensional interactions,making it difficult for traditional diagnostic methods to meet the high-precision and systematic requirements.Knowledge graph technology,with its ability to integrate fault characteristics and logical relationships,offers a new approach to fault diagnosis and had significant advantages over traditional methods.Based on the AC charging control pilot circuit of new energy vehicles,combined with the actual vehicle charging monitoring data and expert knowledge,a fault knowledge graph was constructed,and a fault diagnosis process based on event control logic was designed.The results of practical applications showed that this process could quickly and accurately locate the fault points,with the average diagnosis time shortened by 35%,and it had strong universality,being applicable to various brands and models of new energy vehicles.
