摘要
改革开放以来中国创造了举世瞩目的经济增长奇迹.对于一个具有中国特色的社会主义市场经济国家,如何正确总结其经济发展经验,并上升到具有一定普遍意义的经济增长理论,需要对我国公有制经济和非公有制经济进行测算.党的二十届三中全会提出要“开展国有经济增加值核算”.本文基于国家统计局正式公布的数据,从国民经济各行业门类入手,对以国有经济为主的公有制经济增加值和以民营经济为代表的非公有制经济增加值进行了测算,对1978年以来公有制经济和非公有制经济相关历史数据空白进行了初步弥补.本文测算结果揭示了改革开放以来中国经济的总体所有制结构和行业门类的所有制结构变化,为进一步深入研究中国经济增长奇迹提供了重要的统计数据基础.
Since reform and opening up in 1978,China has achieved a remarkable economic growth miracle.For a socialist market economy with Chinese characteristics,the task of accurately summarizing its developmental experiences and elevating them into a broadly applicable theory of economic growth necessitates the measurement of both publicly owned and non-publicly owned segments of the economy.The Third Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party ofChina has explicitly called for “the calculation of value added in the state-ownedeconomy”. Drawing on the officially published data of the National Bureau of Statistics,this paper measures the value added of the public-ownership economy, primarilycomposed of state-owned entities, and the value added of the non-public economy,chiefly represented by private enterprises, by examining various sectors of the nationaleconomy. In doing so, it provides preliminary supplementary historical data for bothpublicly owned and non-publicly owned economies dating back to 1978. The resultsof this study shed light on the shifts in the overall ownership structure of China’seconomy, as well as the changes within industry-specific ownership structures sincethe beginning of reform and opening-up, thus offering a critical foundation for deeperinvestigations into China’s economic growth miracle.
