摘要
膝关节置换术是一种帮助患者膝关节功能重建的有效方法,广泛应用于临床。膝关节活动度是人工膝关节置换术后骨科医护和患者重点关心的问题之一,也是评价关节置换手术效果的重要指标。本文主要是从影响关节活动度恢复因素及改善膝关节置换术后患者关节活动度的护理措施等进行综述,旨在为今后临床医护人员针对膝关节置换术后患者关节活动度恢复制定积极有效的干预方案提供参考依据。
Knee arthroplasty is an effective method to help patients with functional reconstruction of the knee joint,which is widely used in clinic.Knee range of motion is one of the most important issues for orthopedic medical staff and patients after knee arthroplasty,and it is also an important index to evaluate the effect of joint replacement surgery.This paper mainly reviews the factors that affect the recovery of joint motion and the nursing measures to improve the joint motion of patients after knee arthroplasty,aiming to provide reference for clinical medical staff to formulate active and effective intervention plans for the recovery of joint motion of patients after knee arthroplasty.
