摘要
目的:探讨针刺疗法联合综合康复训练治疗孤独症谱系障碍(ASD)儿童的临床效果。方法:选取2022年7月—2024年5月在岑溪市妇幼保健院儿童康复科住院的、诊断为ASD的100例患儿作为研究对象,应用简单随机数字表法将患儿分为对照组(40例)和试验组(60例)。对照组接受综合康复训练,试验组在对照组基础上联合头针、体针等针刺疗法,比较两组治疗效果,儿童孤独症评定量表(CARS)、孤独症行为评定量表(ABC)、婴儿-初中生社会生活能力量表(SM)评分,及核心症状好转情况。结果:治疗6个疗程后,对照组总有效率为90.00%,试验组为100%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗6个疗程后,试验组CARS、ABC评分低于对照组,SM评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗6个疗程后,试验组对名字的反应、对亲人的依恋、与他人的眼神交流及语言表达能力好转率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组狭隘兴趣、刻板行为好转情况比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:针刺疗法联合综合康复训练治疗ASD儿童临床效果显著,可降低CARS、ABC评分,提高SM评分,改善核心症状。
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of acupuncture therapy combined with comprehensive rehabilitation training in the treatment of children with autism spectrum disorder(ASD).Method:A total of 100 children with ASD who hospitalized in the Department of Children's Rehabilitation of Cenxi Maternal and Child Health Hospital from July 2022 to May 2024 were selected as the research objects,the children were divided into the control group(40 cases)and the experimental group(60 cases)by simple random number table method.The control group was given comprehensive rehabilitation training,while the experimental group was given acupuncture therapy such as scalp acupuncture,body acupuncture acupuncture therapy on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effects,the scores of child autism rating scale(CARS),autism behavior checklist(ABC),infant junior middle school social life ability rating scale(SM),and the improvement of core symptoms of two groups were compared.Result:After 6 courses of treatment,the total effective rate of the control group was 90.00%,and the experimental group was 100%,there was statistically significant difference between two groups(P<0.05).After 6 courses of treatment,the CARS and ABC scores of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group,and the SM score was higher than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 6 courses of treatment,the improvement rates of name response,attachment to relatives,eye contact with others and language expression ability in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);there were no significant differences in the improvement of narrow interest and stereotyped behavior between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture therapy combined with comprehensive rehabilitation training has a significant clinical effect in the treatment of children with ASD,which can reduce CARS and ABC scores,improve SM score,and improve core symptoms.
