应用需求侧峰谷特征的电网负荷供需平衡节能优化控制

摘要 需求侧负荷的峰谷波动增加了发电与输电的调峰压力,从而导致电网能源资源的非均衡利用与浪费。为提升电网的节能优化控制能力,本文提出应用需求侧峰谷特征的电网负荷供需平衡节能优化控制。将峰谷特征与原始特征向量进行拼接,结合深度信念网络(Deep Belief Network,DBN)模型对电网负荷进行动态预测。将平衡供需、减少电网损耗并最大化节能效益作为目标,进行供需平衡与节能优化建模。采用加权和法将多个目标合并为单一目标,结合鹈鹕优化算法对其进行求解,从而得到最优控制策略。在实验中,对提出的方法进行了控制效果的检验。最终的测试结果表明,采用该策略对电网进行供需平衡及节能优化控制后,电网损耗更低,具备较为理想的控制效果。 Peak and valley fluctuations of demand-side loads increase the peaking pressure of power generation and transmission,which leads to unbalanced utilization and waste of grid energy resources.In order to enhance the energy-saving and optimization control capability of the power grid,this paper proposed an energy-saving optimization control method for power grid load supply-demand balance based on demand side peak valley characteristics.The three indicators of peak and valley time marking,peak and valley time load change rate,and peak and valley time historical average load are used as the new feature indicators of peak and valley time characteristics,and the peak and valley characteristics are spliced with the original feature vectors to combine with the DBN model for dynamic forecasting of the grid load.With the goals of balancing supply and demand,reducing grid losses,and maximizing energy efficiency,supply and demand balancing and energy efficiency optimization modeling is carried out.The weighted sum method is used to combine multiple objectives into a single objective,which is solved by combining with the Pelican optimization algorithm to obtain the optimal control strategy.In the experiment,the control effect of the proposed method is tested.The final test results show that after the strategy is used to optimally control the supply and demand balance and energy saving of the grid,the grid loss is lower and has a more desirable control effect.
