无机氮素形态和质量配比对红松嫁接幼树生长和生理的影响

The Impact of Inorganic Nitrogen Forms and Mass Ratios on the Growth and Physiology of Pinus koraiensis Grafted Saplings

摘要 为了解决红松果林培育过程中存在的对无机氮肥需求特性不清等问题,以9年生红松(Pinus koraiensis)嫁接幼树为研究对象,采用土壤施肥的方法,研究不同无机氮素形态和质量配比(5组处理,分别为单一硝态氮(T1),硝、铵态氮质量比分别为3∶1(T2)、1∶1(T3)、1∶3(T4),单一铵态氮(T5))对红松嫁接幼树生长和生理的影响。结果表明:所有施肥处理的生长量、叶绿素质量分数、氮代谢物质量分数及谷氨酰胺合成酶活性等指标均高于对照,说明各种无机氮素形态及质量配比均能对红松嫁接幼树生长和生理指标产生促进影响。采用熵权法和隶属函数法对生长指标和生理指标等8个指标进行系统评价,各处理的评价得分排序基本一致,以硝、铵态氮质量配比为1∶3时的促进效果最优,红松嫁接幼树施铵态氮肥时,少量添加硝态氮肥更有利于提高红松嫁接幼树生长。 To address the unclear demand characteristics for inorganic nitrogen fertilizers during the cultivation of Pinus koraiensis nut forests,9-year-old grafted P.koraiensis saplings were used as research objects.A soil fertilization method was employed to investigate the effects of different inorganic nitrogen forms and mass ratios(five treatment groups:single nitrate nitrogen(T1),nitrate and ammonium mass ratios of 3∶1(T2),1∶1(T3),1∶3(T4),and single ammonium nitrogen(T5))on the growth and physiology of grafted saplings.The results showed that all fertilization treatments exhibited higher growth increments,chlorophyll content,nitrogen metabolite content,and glutamine synthetase activity compared to the control,indicating that various inorganic nitrogen forms and mass ratios could promote the growth and physiological indicators of grafted P.koraiensis saplings.Using the entropy weight method and membership function method to systematically evaluate eight indicators including growth and physiological parameters,the evaluation scores of each treatment were basically consistent in ranking.The treatment with a nitrate and ammonium nitrogen mass ratio of 1∶3 showed the optimal promotion effect.When applying ammonium nitrogen fertilizer to grafted P.koraiensis saplings,adding a small amount of nitrate nitrogen was more conducive to improving their growth.
