土工布用于城市径流中悬浮颗粒物静态过滤的特性分析

Analysis of the static filtration characteristics of geotextiles for suspended solids in urban runoff

摘要 在城市径流污染控制中,土工布常用于悬浮颗粒物(suspended solids,SS)的去除。为了对比不同土工布的过滤特性进行滤材筛选,在实验室规模内研究了不同土工布的渗透系数、过滤运动过程及其对城市径流中SS过滤效果的影响。结果表明,致密度n为影响土工布渗透系数的主要因素,渗透系数随致密度的增大而降低;叠加后的土工布会产生界面阻力导致渗透系数降低;增加土工布厚度和致密度可提高土工布对悬浮颗粒物的过滤效果;土工布的过滤运动过程分为高速非达西流、达西流和低速非达西流3个阶段,其中低速非达西流为主要阶段。基于单位累积负荷总结出适用于低速非达西流阶段的过滤运动公式,可用以评估不同土工布的抗堵塞能力,双层250 g·m^(-2)土工布的抗堵塞性和去除效果均较好。以上研究结果可为土工布在控制城市径流污染中的应用提供数据参考。 In urban runoff pollution control,geotextiles are commonly used for the removal of suspended solids(SS).To compare the filtration characteristics of different geotextiles and screen suitable filter materials,laboratory-scale experiments were conducted to investigate the permeability coefficient,filtration dynamics,and the effectiveness of geotextiles in filtering SS from urban runoff.The results indicate that the compactness n is the primary factor affecting the permeability coefficient of geotextiles,with the permeability coefficient decreasing as compactness increases.Stacking geotextiles creates interfacial resistance,leading to a reduction in the permeability coefficient.Increasing the thickness and compactness of geotextiles enhances their filtration efficiency for SS.The filtration process of geotextiles can be divided into three stages:high-speed non-Darcy flow,Darcy flow,and low-speed non-Darcy flow,with the low-speed non-Darcy flow being the dominant stage.Based on the unit cumulative load,a filtration dynamics formula applicable to the low-speed non-Darcy flow stage was derived,which can be used to evaluate the anti-clogging capacity of different geotextiles.Among the tested materials,double-layer 250 g·m^(−2) geotextiles demonstrated superior anti-clogging performance and removal efficiency.The findings of this study provide valuable data references for the application of geotextiles in controlling urban runoff pollution.
