长江中游不同类型城镇污水处理厂运行现状及新污染物赋存特征分析

Analysis on operation status and occurrence characteristics of emerging contaminants of different types of municipal wastewater treatment plants in middle reaches of Yangtze River

摘要 新时期下愈发复杂的水质情况(病原体、新污染物等)与更加严格的出水标准给城镇污水处理厂的运行带来了极大挑战。根据进水组成特征,选取了长江中游某城市3座污水处理厂,系统分析了近两年来的运行情况与新污染物在水厂全流程的赋存情况。进水中含有工业废水或以工业废水为主的污水处理厂的整体运行的稳定性要差于以生活污水为主的污水处理厂,在COD的去除方面尤为明显。由此带来的药剂、电耗等的增多使得处理成本成倍增加,同时水厂运行设备选型过大以及长期低负荷运行也会带来能源浪费。在新污染物赋存方面,进水中全氟和多氟烷基化合物整体质量浓度较低,部分抗生素如阿奇霉素等浓度较高,内分泌干扰物浓度低于检出限,现有工艺对高浓度新污染物去除效果较佳,但对于低浓度新污染物去除效果较差,污泥吸附的新污染物还存在释放的风险。加强对现有水厂运行效能的优化与对新污染物的监测与去除研究,是新时期污水处理科学治污、精准治污的关键。 In the new era,more complex water quality conditions(pathogens,emerging contaminants,etc.)and more stringent effluent standards have brought great challenges to the operation of wastewater treatment plants.Three wastewater treatment plants in middle reaches of the Yangtze River were selected according to inlet water quality characteristics.The operation of the three wastewater treatment plants in recent two years and the occurrence of emerging contaminants in the whole process of the wastewater treatment plants were systematically analyzed.The stability of the overall operation of wastewater treatment plants containing industrial wastewater is worse than that of wastewater treatment plants based on domestic sewage,especially in the removal of COD.The resulting increase in chemical and power consumption has doubled the treatment cost,and the selection of water plant operation equipment is too large,and long-term low-load operation will also bring about an increase in energy consumption.In terms of the occurrence of emerging contaminants,the overall concentration of perfluorinated and polyfluoroalkyl compounds in the water was low,the concentration of some antibiotics such as azithromycin was high,and the concentration of endocrine disruptors was lower than the detection limit.The existing process had a good effect on the removal of high concentrations of emerging pollutants but had a poor effect on the removal of low concentrations of emerging contaminants,and there was still a risk of release of emerging contaminants adsorbed by sludge.Strengthening the optimization of the existing water plant operating conditions and the monitoring and removal of emerging contaminants is the key to scientific and accurate pollution control of wastewater treatment in the new era.
