摘要
变应性鼻炎-哮喘综合征(CARAS)是儿科临床常见的呼吸道变态反应性疾病,且发病年龄较早,临床控制不理想,给家庭及社会带来沉重的医疗负担和经济压力。中医药治疗本病有丰富的经验和确切的疗效,但缺乏规范性的诊疗及评判标准。由上海中医药大学附属市中医医院儿科牵头,组建了儿童CARAS中医临床诊疗专家共识团体标准项目工作组,在文献研究的基础上,邀请上海地区具有代表性和权威性的中医、西医、中西医结合儿科及耳鼻喉科临床专家参与研究,通过筛选整理文献、临床循证评价、专家咨询等研究方法,从术语和定义、诊断、治疗以及调护等方面入手,制定区域性CARAS中医临床诊疗专家共识,为临床实践、诊断规范和质量评价提供了重要的参考依据。
Combined allergic rhinitis and asthma syndrome(CARAS)is a common respiratory allergic disease in pediatric clinics.It is characterized by early onset and poor clinical control,imposing heavy medical burden and economic pressure on affected families and society.Traditional Chinese medicine has rich experience and exact efficacy in treating the disease,however,it lacks normative diagnostic,therapeutic,and evaluation criteria.Led by the Department of Pediatrics of Shanghai Municipal Hospital of TCM Affiliated to Shanghai University of TCM,a working group for group standard project on expert consensus on TCM clinical diagnosis and treatment of pediatric CARAS was established.On the basis of literature research,representative and authoritative clinical experts of TCM,western medicine and integrated Chinese and western medicine pediatrics and otorninolaryhgology from Shanghai were invited to participate in the research.Through screening and sorting out literature,clinical evidence-based evaluation,expert consultation and other research methods,a regional expert consensus on TCM clinical diagnosis and treatment of CARAS was developed covering the aspects of terminology and definition,diagnosis,therapy and convalescence care,which provides a critical reference for clinical practice,diagnostic norms and quality evaluation.
