摘要
地方本科高校受办学水平、办学层次等因素的限制,存在创新创业教育推进缓慢、创新型应用人才培养质量有待提升等问题。针对以上问题,六盘水师范学院化学与材料工程学院经过三年的探索与实践,构建了“学术型学生社团+双创工作坊”地方本科高校创新应用型人才培养新模式,充分发挥学术型社团在创新创业能力培养方面的先天优势。新模式立足地方发展实际问题,推动地方本科高校创新创业教育积极向前发展,促进了学生社团与创新创业教育的发展及人才培养质量的全面提升。
Local undergraduate universities are limited by factors such as their level of education and management,resulting in slow progress in promoting innovation and entrepreneurship education,and a need to improve the quality of cultivating innovative applied talents.In response to the above issues,after three years of exploration and practice,the School of Chemistry and Materials Engineering at Liupanshui Normal University has established a new model for cultivating innovative and applied talents in local undergraduate universities through"academic student clubs+entrepreneurship workshops",fully leveraging the inherent advantages of academic clubs in cultivating innovation and entrepreneurship abilities.The new model is based on the practical problems of local development,promoting the active development of innovation and entrepreneurship education in local undergraduate universities,promoting the development of student associations and innovation and entrepreneurship education,and comprehensively improving the quality of talent cultivation.
