摘要
目前,大语言模型(LLMs)在医学影像学领域展现出显著的技术优势和广阔的应用前景,正推动着从影像智能分析到临床决策支持的全面革新。本文总结了LLMs在医学影像中的发展现状,重点探讨了其在医学影像解读和报告撰写等方面的应用进展,以及学术界在影像专业型LLMs研发方面的重要突破。在此基础上,探讨并分析了当前该领域面临的主要挑战和机遇,展望了未来发展方向,旨在为LLMs在医学影像领域的临床应用提供指导。
Currently,large language models(LLMs)have demonstrated significant technical advantages and promising applications in the field of radiology,with the potential to revolutionize medical image analysis and clinical decision support systems.This study reviews the developmental trends of LLMs in radiology,focusing on their advancements in medical image interpretation and report generation,as well as highlighting important breakthroughs in academic research related to specialized radiology LLMs.Furthermore,this paper systematically identifies and analyzes current challenges in the field while exploring future key opportunities for development,aiming to provide guidance for the clinical translation of LLMs in radiology.
