师范生服务乡村教育的实践教学模式探讨——以吉林师范大学为例

摘要 师范生服务乡村教育旨在通过政策引导和制度设计,培养具备乡村教育情怀、专业素养和教学技能的师范生,以满足乡村教育需求,促进教育公平与乡村教育质量提升,实现乡村教育可持续发展。文章以吉林师范大学为例,深入探讨师范生服务乡村教育实践教学模式的构建路径、实践成效及改进方向,以期实现培养高素质乡村教师、提升乡村教育水平的目标,助力乡村振兴和城乡教育均衡发展。 The purpose of teacher trainees serving rural education is to cultivate teacher trainees with rural education sentiment,professional competence,and teaching skills through policy guidance and institutional design,in order to meet the needs of rural education,promote educational equity and improve the quality of rural education,and achieve sustainable development of rural education.The article takes Jilin Normal University as an example to explore in depth the construction path,practical effectiveness,and improvement direction of the teaching mode of normal students serving rural education,in order to achieve the goal of cultivating high-quality rural teachers and improving the level of rural education,and to help promote rural revitalization and balanced development of urban and rural education.
