摘要
作为高校人才培养的重要组成部分,高校体育公共课是奠定国民健康基础、培养终身运动习惯的关键教育工程。本研究立足新时代体教融合深化发展的政策背景,运用文献资料法、实验法等研究方法,从普通高校体育公共课长期存在的教学目标与人才培养脱节、教学范式滞后等瓶颈问题入手,通过整合具身认知理论与脑科学机制研究,系统构建身体认知环境协同互动的理论模型,创新地提出主题式具身认知教学范式。实验结果表明,研究设计的教学范式通过神经可塑性调控与具身情境设计,能够显著促进运动技能习得与认知发展的协同增效,验证了其在提升决策能力、规则意识及价值内化方面的有效性,为终身体育能力与认知发展的协同提升提供切实可行的路径。
As an important part of talent cultivation in colleges and universities,public physical education courses in colleges and universities are key educational projects that lay the foundation for national health and cultivate lifelong exercise habits.This research is based on the policy background of the deepening development of the integration of physical education and sports in the new era.By using research methods such as literature review and experimental methods,it starts from the bottleneck problems that have long existed in public physical education courses in regular colleges and universities,such as the disconnection between teaching goals and talent cultivation and the lag of teaching paradigms.Through the integration of the theory of concrete cognition and the research of brain science mechanisms,it systematically constructs a theoretical model of the collaborative interaction of the body cognitive environment.Innovatively propose the thematic embodied cognitive teaching paradigm.The experimental results show that the teaching paradigm designed in the research can significantly promote the synergistic enhancement of motor skills acquisition and cognitive development through neural plasticity regulation and concrete situation design,verifying its effectiveness in improving decision-making ability,rule awareness and value internalization,and provide a practical and feasible path for the synergistic improvement of lifelong physical fitness ability and cognitive development.
