摘要
本研究旨在筛选适宜南洋楹(Falcataria falcata)不同家系幼苗生长的育苗基质配方,并探讨基质理化性状对幼苗生长的调控作用。选取黄心土、泥炭土、蛭石、珍珠岩和腐殖土为原料,配制成4种基质配方:T1(黄心土∶泥炭土=1∶1)、T2(黄心土∶蛭石∶珍珠岩=2∶1∶1)、T3(黄心土∶泥炭土∶蛭石=1∶1∶1)和T4(黄心土∶腐殖土=2∶1)。对各配方基质的容重、总孔隙度、pH值及有机质、全氮、全磷等化学指标进行测定,并对不同家系幼苗在各基质中的苗高、地径和根瘤数进行对比试验。结果表明:基质与家系及其互作对幼苗生长各指标均有显著影响,其中基质单因素效应最为突出。T3基质具有最低容重和较高总孔隙度,其综合育苗效果最佳,平均苗高、地径和根瘤数均优于其他配方。家系响应存在明显差异:家系F016、F030、F051、F057、F065、F072、F081、F086及混合种(CK)在T3基质中表现最佳,而家系F007、F021、F062、F087则更适合T4基质。该研究为南洋楹优质苗木的高效育苗提供了科学依据,对该树种在热带地区的推广应用具有重要指导意义。
This study aimed to identify the most suitable substrate formulations for the seedling growth of Falcataria falcata families and to elucidate the influence of substrate physicochemical properties on seedling development.Five substrate materials—yellow heart soil,peat soil,vermiculite,perlite,and humus—were used to prepare four formulations:T1(yellow heart soil∶peat soil=1∶1),T2(yellow heart soil∶vermiculite∶perlite=2∶1∶1),T3(yellow heart soil∶peat soil∶vermiculite=1∶1∶1),and T4(yellow heart soil∶humus=2∶1).The substrates were characterized for bulk density,total porosity,pH,as well as for organic matter,total nitrogen,and total phosphorus.Comparative seedling trials among different family lines were conducted to assess seedling height,ground diameter,and root nodule number.The results indicated that both substrate formulation and family line,as well as their interaction,significantly influenced seedling growth,with substrate effects being predominant.Notably,the T3 formulation,characterized by the lowest bulk density and highest porosity,yielded the best overall performance.Families F016,F030,F051,F057,F065,F072,F081,F086,and the mixed family(CK)performed optimally in T3,whereas families F007,F021,F062,and F087 responded more favorably to T4.These findings provide a scientific basis for optimizing substrate formulations for F.falcata seedling production and offer valuable insights for its large-scale propagation in tropical regions.
