输电铁塔交叉材原位加固下面外约束刚度研究

Study on the External Constraint Stiffness Under In-situ Reinforcement of Cross Materials in Transmission Towers

摘要 针对老旧输电铁塔交叉材在极端荷载下易失稳问题,本研究提出原位内贴加固技术,以增强其面外约束刚度和整体稳定性。设计了3组加固试件和1组对比试件,进行不同轴拉力下的加固效果试验,并分析了加固效果。同时,通过数值模拟深入研究了轴拉力、加固长度与长细比对加固效果的影响。结果表明,新型原位无损加固技术能有效提升交叉材面外约束刚度,最大提升达63%,且加固后原材与加固角钢协同变形良好。加固效果受轴拉力、加固长度和长细比影响,随轴拉力增大而减小,随加固长度增大而增大,随长细比增大而减小。基于挠曲线近似微分方程,提出了加固交叉材面外约束刚度的计算方法,为输电铁塔交叉材加固设计与工程应用提供了理论依据和技术参考。 In order to solve the problem of instability of the cross members of old transmission towers under extreme loads,an in-situ reinforcement technology is proposed to enhance the out-of-plane constraint stiffness and overall stability.Three sets of reinforced specimens and one set of comparative specimens were designed to conduct reinforcement effect tests under different axial tensile forces,and the reinforcement effect was analyzed.At the same time,the influence of axial tension,reinforcement length and slenderness ratio on the reinforcement effect were studied by numerical simulation.The results show that the new in-situ non-destructive reinforcement technology can effectively improve the out-of-plane constraint stiffness of the cross material,with a maximum increase of 63%,and the deformation of the raw material and the reinforced angle steel after reinforcement is well coordinated.The reinforcement effect is affected by axial tension,reinforcement length,and aspect ratio.It decreases with increasing axial tension,increases with increasing reinforcement length,and decreases with increasing aspect ratio.Based on the approximate differential equation of deflection curve,a calculation method for the out-of-plane constraint stiffness of reinforced cross members is proposed,which provides theoretical basis and technical reference for the design and engineering application of cross member reinforcement of transmission towers.
