苯并环丁烯基硅氧烷的设计合成

摘要 苯并环丁烯(BCB)基团是一类热固性基团,将其作为交联点引入到聚硅氧烷分子链中可以实现有机硅材料的交联。通过溴代反应和格氏反应设计并合成了具有水解缩聚反应活性的含苯并环丁烯基团的二烷氧基硅烷单体(BCB-Si1),并进一步制备了含苯并环丁烯基团的四元环硅氧烷(D_(3)D^(BCB))。BCB-Si1和D_(3)D^(BCB)分别通过水解缩聚和阴离子开环聚合制备了低相对分子质量聚硅氧烷(P-BSi1)和高相对分子质量聚硅氧烷(P-D_(3)D^(BCB)),最后通过苯并环丁烯基团的热反应分别制备了有机硅树脂sP-BSi1和硅橡胶sP-D_(3)D^(BCB),为有机硅材料的交联提供了新思路。 The benzocyclobutene(BCB)group is a kind of thermosetting group,which is introduced into the polysiloxane molecular chain as a crosslinking point to realize the crosslinking of silicone materials.In this paper,dialkoxysilane monomer(BCB-Si1)containing benzocyclobutene group with hydrolytic polycondensation activity was designed and synthesized by bromination reaction and Grignard reaction,and quaternary cyclosiloxane(D_(3)D^(BCB))containing benzocyclobutene group was further prepared.Low molecular weight polysiloxane(P-BSi1)and high molecular weight polysiloxane(P-D_(3)D^(BCB))were prepared by hydrolytic polycondensation and anionic ring-opening polymerization of BCB-Si1 and D_(3)D^(BCB),respectively.Last,silicone resin sP-BSi1 and silicone rubber sP-D_(3)D^(BCB) were prepared by thermal reaction of benzocyclobutene group.This study provides a new idea for the crosslinking of silicone materials.
