摘要
主轴作为金刚线切片机的核心部件,在工作过程中受往复扭力的交变作用,轴承安装配合将对加工质量产生重要影响。为研究过盈配合量对主轴振动特性的影响,基于石蜡受热膨胀的原理设计了一种主轴与轴承过盈配合量调节装置,利用有限元仿真软件对主轴系统进行了仿真验证,并对不同过盈配合量下的主轴进行模态和谐响应分析,结果表明:当过盈配合量在0.013~0.028 mm范围变化时,过盈配合量对主轴高阶模态影响更大;过盈配合量越大,主轴轴向、径向振幅的增幅越小。
As core components of diamond wire slicers,the spindles are subjected to alternating action of reciprocating torque during operation,and the installation and fit of bearings will have a significant impact on machining quality.To study the effect of interference fit on vibration characteristics of spindles,an adjustment device for interference fit between spindles and bearings is designed based on principle of paraffin thermal expansion.The spindle system is simulated and verified using finite element simulation software,and the modal harmonic response analysis is conducted on spindles under different interference fits.The results show that when the interference fit varies from 0.013 mm to 0.028 mm,the interference fit has a greater impact on high-order modes of spindles;the larger the interference fit,the smaller the increase in axial and radial amplitudes of spindles.
