公共经济视域下临床护理教育实践探索

Exploration on Clinical Nursing Education Practice from the Perspective of Public Economics

摘要 探讨公共经济视域下的临床护理教育资源的有效配置、政策制定与执行、市场与非市场因素的平衡。通过分析临床护理教育在公共经济学视角下的实施现状、面临的挑战和影响因素,探索临床护理教育实践路径。以期为临床护理教育的未来发展提供科学的理论支持和实践指导,指导临床护理教学工作的落实,从而提高临床护理教育质量。 This article delves into the efficient dispersal of resources allocated for clinical nursing education,the crafting and execution of policies,and the equilibrium between market and non-market determinants through the lens of public economics.An examination is conducted on the current progression,obstacles,and determinative elements affecting clinical nursing education,from an economic public perspective.The study traverses the practical trajectory of clinical nursing education,with the intent to furnish a scientific theoretical foundation and pragmatic direction for the ongoing advancement of clinical nursing education.This research aims to direct the methodology of clinical nursing instruction,thereby enhancing the caliber of clinical nursing education.
