摘要
该研究探讨了临床药师在1例复发神经母细胞瘤患儿使用那西妥单抗联合化疗方案中的药学监护。通过对患儿进行疼痛管理、化疗方案管理、那西妥单抗不良反应识别与监护、药物相互作用评估及持续药学监护,临床药师协助医生成功识别并管理药物相关不良反应,优化了治疗方案,为患儿提供了精细化的治疗保障,提高了治疗方案的有效性和安全性,提高了患儿的治疗依从性和生活质量,为类似病例的药学监护提供了宝贵经验。
The study investigated the role of clinical pharmacists in delivering pharmaceutical care to a pediatric patient with relapsed neuroblastoma and treated with a combined therapeutic regimen of naxitamab and chemotherapy.By implementing prehensive pain management,overseeing the chemotherapy regimen,identifying and monitoring naxitamab-related adverse reac-tions,evaluating potential drug interactions,and providing continuous pharmaceutical care,the clinical pharmacist collaborated with physicians to effectively identify and manage drug-related adverse effects,optimize the treatment strategy,and deliver person-alized therapeutic support.This multidisciplinary approach not only enhanced the efficacy and safety of the treatment,but also improved the patient's treatment adherence and overall quality of life.The findings offered valuable insights and practical guidance for pharmaceutical care in similar clinical scenarios.
