摘要
颈部慢性淋巴结炎属于苗医团鱼症(疡子)范畴,是临床上常见的疾病,文章从苗医生成学、四大筋脉学说、毒乱致病论、交环学说角度出发,浅述苗医打烟刀疗法治疗颈部慢性淋巴结炎的理论依据并分享医案一例,为临床治疗颈部慢性淋巴结炎提供新的研究思路与治疗方法。
Chronic neck lymphadenitis belongs to the category of Tuanyu disease(anosoma),which is a common disease in clinic.This article briefly describes the theoretical basis of Miao doctor's smoking knife treatment for chronic neck lymphadenitis and shares a medical case from the perspectives of Miao doctor's education,the theory of four muscles,the theory of toxicity and disorder,and the theory of cross-ring.It provides a new research idea and treatment method for the future clinical treatment of chronic cervical lymphadenitis.
