常温高速搅拌清洗油泥及机理模拟研究

Research on high-speed stirring method for treating oily sludge and its mechanism

摘要 采用常温高速搅拌清洗法处理油泥,通过单因素实验研究降低油泥残油率的主要因素。同时,利用FLUNET软件模拟研究了油泥清洗的内在机理。结果表明,高速搅拌清洗法可以有效降低油泥残油率。当固液比为1∶6,搅拌转速为7000 r/min,清洗时间为20 min,清洗剂添加量为5%时,石油烃去除效率为60.85%。模拟研究显示,清洗机理主要为:高速旋转的转子产生剪切力破碎泥浆,使油从泥土颗粒中分离。同时,受转子转动的影响,泥土颗粒在转子流体域中循环清洗,促进了清洗效果。此外,空化气泡的溃灭和崩塌过程有助于石油烃的脱附。 The oily sludge was treated by high-speed stirring cleaning method,and the main factors influencing the reduction of residual oil rate were investigated.At the same time,the mechanism of oily sludge cleaning was studied through simulations utilizing FLUENT software.The results showed that the high-speed stirring cleaning method can effectively decrease the residual oil rate of oily sludge.The petroleum hydrocarbon removal rate was 60.85%at the solid-liquid ratio of 1∶6,the stirring speed of 7000 r/min,the cleaning time of 20 min,and the amount of cleaning agent of 5%.Simulation showed that the cleaning mechanism was as follows:the high-speed rotating rotor creates shear force to break up the mud and separate the oil from soil particles.At the same time,affected by the rotation of the rotor,the soil particles were cycled and cleaned in the fluid domain of the rotor,which promotes the cleaning effect.In addition,the process of collapse of cavitation bubbles contributes to the desorption of petroleum hydrocarbons.
