摘要
SCP机自动布料系统改造是焦化生产升级的重要环节。本文系统阐述了SCP机往复走行式布料模式存在的煤量波动大、布料不均匀、下料口堵塞以及煤尘污染等问题,提出了基于分层分布式架构的自动布料系统改造方案。该方案采用PROFINET协议实现系统互联互通,并通过电容式料位计与气缸联动模式精确监测料位,构建模糊PID控制策略优化煤量管理,并实施三阶段布料流程优化与基于贝叶斯网络的故障诊断机制。改造实践表明,系统显著提升了布料均匀性、上煤精度以及设备可靠性,布料均匀性标准差从±12.5%降至±5.2%,故障频率降低78.2%,操作环境得到显著改善,为焦化行业自动化升级提供了可靠技术路径。
The transformation of scP machine's automatic feeding system is a key step in upgrading coking production.This paper systematically describes the problems in the reciprocating feeding mode of the ScP machine,including large fluctuations in coal quantity,uneven distribution,clogging at the discharge port,and coal dust pollution.A transformation scheme for the automatic distribution system based on a hierarchical distributed architecture is proposed.In this scheme,the PROFINET protocol is adopted to realize system interconnection,material level is accurately monitored through capacitive level meter and cylinder linkage mode,fuzzy PID control strategy is constructed to optimize coal volume management,and three-stage fabric flow optimization and fault diagnosis mechanism based on Bayesian network are implemented.The results of the transformation show that the system significantly improves fabric uniformity,coal loading accuracy and equipment reliability,the standard deviation of fabric uniformity is reduced from±12.5% to ±5.2%,the failure frequency is reduced by 78.2%,and the operating environment is significantly improved,providing a reliable technical path for the automation upgrade of the coking industry.
