摘要
以夏热冬冷地区某商业综合体项目为研究对象,对其高效制冷机房进行了为期3年的运行性能监测,分析了冷水机组、水泵、冷却塔等关键设备的实际运行性能。结果表明,该制冷机房整体运行效率高,连续3年系统性能系数达到5.30以上。同时,发现了系统运行中存在的典型问题,并提出了相应的优化建议。本研究可为夏热冬冷地区商业综合体高效制冷机房的运行维护提供参考。
Taking a commercial complex project in the hot summer and cold winter zone as the research object,the operation performance of its high-efficiency chilled-water plant is monitored for three years,and the actual operation performance of key equipment such as chillers,water pumps,and cooling towers is analysed.The results show that the overall operation efficiency of the chilled-water plant is high,and the system s coefficient of performance has reached more than 5.30 for three consecutive years.At the same time,the typical problems existing in the system s operation are found,and the corresponding optimization suggestions are put forward.This study can provide references for the operation and maintenance of high-efficiency chilled-water plants in commercial complexes in the hot summer and cold winter zone.
