摘要
本研究针对食品重金属原子吸收光谱检测方法,系统剖析干扰因素并提出应对策略。通过文献研究梳理现状,利用实验研究法,选取多种食品样品和常见重金属元素,采用不同检测方法开展实验。结果显示,物理、化学和仪器干扰显著影响检测结果,如物理干扰致使吸光度波动,化学干扰造成检测结果偏差等。为此,提出优化样品前处理、选择合适原子化条件、定期维护保养仪器等消除对策,经实际应用验证,有效提升了检测的准确性和可靠性,为食品安全监管提供了有力技术支撑。
This study focuses on the atomic absorption spectrometry method for detecting heavy metals in food,systematically analyzes the interference factors,and proposes corresponding countermeasures.Through literature research to review the current situation,and using the experimental research method,a variety of food samples and common heavy metal elements were selected,and different detection methods were used for experiments.The results show that physical,chemical,spectral,and instrumental interferences significantly affect the detection results.For example,physical interference causes fluctuations in absorbance,and chemical interference leads to deviations in detection results.Therefore,countermeasures such as optimizing sample pretreatment,selecting appropriate atomization conditions,and using background correction techniques were proposed.Verified by practical applications,these measures effectively improve the accuracy and reliability of detection,providing strong technical support for food safety supervision.
