摘要
屠宰产业产生的大量副产物,若处置不当,不仅会造成资源的极大浪费,还会引发严重的环境污染问题。从食品科学的角度深入挖掘这些副产物的潜在价值,探索高值化利用路径,对于推动屠宰产业的可持续发展具有重要意义。本文系统阐述了屠宰产业副产物的种类及其特性,深入剖析了当前的利用现状与存在的问题,详细探讨了多种高值化利用路径并对未来发展趋势进行了展望,旨在为产业的转型升级提供坚实的理论支撑。
A large number of by-products produced by slaughtering industry,if not handled properly disposed,will not only cause a great waste of resources,but also cause serious environmental pollution.From the perspective of food science,explore the potential value of these by-products and explore the path of high-value utilization is of great significance for promoting the sustainable development of slaughtering industry.This paper systematically expounds the types and characteristics of by-products of slaughtering industry,deeply analyzes the current utilization status and existing problems,discusses a variety of high-value utilization paths in detail,and prospects the future development trend,aiming to provide solid theoretical support for the transformation and upgrading of the industry.
