摘要
目的:探究中药热奄包对四肢骨折术后患肢肿胀疼痛效果。方法:选取2023年10月—2024年4月广东省东莞市清溪医院收治的四肢骨折术后患肢肿胀疼痛患者60例,以密封信封抽选法将患者分为对照组与试验组,各30例。对照组采用常规干预,试验组在常规组基础上应用中药热奄包。对比两组护理后患肢肿胀疼痛程度、临床相关指标、护理满意度。结果:试验组肿胀疼痛情况优于对照组(P=0.003)。试验组干预后肿胀消失时间、下床活动时间、住院时间短于对照组,疼痛评分低于对照组(P<0.001)。试验组总满意度高于对照组(P=0.023)。结论:对四肢骨折术后患肢肿胀疼痛患者应用中药热奄包治疗的效果显著,可减轻患肢肿胀程度、疼痛感,患者护理满意度高。
Objective:To explore the effect of traditional Chinese medicine hot compress packs on swelling and pain of the affected limb after limb fracture surgery.Methods:Sixty patients with swelling and pain of the affected limb after limb fracture surgery who were admitted to Guangdong Dongguan Qingxi Hospital from October 2023 to April 2024 were selected.The patients were divided into the control group and the experimental group by the sealed envelope selection method,with thirty cases in each group.The control group received conventional intervention,while the experimental group was applied with traditional Chinese medicine hot compress packs on the basis of the control group.The degree of swelling and pain of the affected limb,clinical related indicators and nursing satisfaction after nursing were compared between the two groups.Results:The swelling and pain in the experimental group were better than those in the control group(P=0.003).After the intervention,the time for swelling to disappear,the time to get out of bed for activities,and the length of hospital stay in the experimental group were shorter than those in the control group,and the pain score was lower than that in the control group(P<0.001).The total satisfaction rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P=0.023).Conclusion:The application of traditional Chinese medicine hot compress packs in the treatment of patients with swelling and pain of the affected limb after limb fracture surgery has a remarkable effect.It can reduce the degree of swelling and pain of the affected limb,and the patients'satisfaction with nursing is high.
