摘要
目的:探讨腹痛散联合益生菌治疗功能性腹痛患儿的临床疗效。方法:选取2023年8月—2024年8月江南大学附属儿童医院(无锡市儿童医院)收治的功能性腹痛患儿64例,采用简单随机法将患儿分为西药组和联合中药组,各32例。西药组采用益生菌治疗,联合中药组采用腹痛散联合益生菌治疗,两组持续治疗2周。比较两组患儿临床疗效、中医证候评分、复发及不良反应发生情况。结果:联合中药组治疗总有效率显著高于西药组(P=0.045)。联合中药组治疗后腹痛、食欲不振、腹胀评分均低于西药组(P<0.001)。联合中药组复发率显著低于西药组(P=0.035)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:腹痛散联合益生菌治疗功能性腹痛患儿的临床效果显著,能明显减轻腹痛症状,降低复发率,值得临床推广。
Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of abdominal pain powder combined with probiotics in the treatment of children with functional abdominal pain.Methods:Sixty-four children with functional abdominal pain admitted to the Children's Hospital Affiliated to Jiangnan University(Wuxi Children's Hospital)from August 2023 to August 2024 were selected.The children were divided into the Western medicine group and the combined traditional Chinese medicine group by simple random method,with thirty-two cases in each group.The Western medicine group was treated with probiotics,while the combined traditional Chinese medicine group was treated with abdominal pain powder combined with probiotics.Both groups were treated continuously for 2 weeks.The clinical efficacy,Traditional Chinese Medicine syndrome scores,recurrence and occurrence of adverse reactions of the two groups of children were compared.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the combined traditional Chinese medicine group was significantly higher than that in the Western medicine group(P=0.045).The scores of abdominal pain,loss of appetite and abdominal distension in the combined traditional Chinese medicine group after treatment were all lower than those in the Western medicine group(P<0.001).The recurrence rate of the combined traditional Chinese medicine group was significantly lower than that of the Western medicine group(P=0.035).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of abdominal pain powder combined with probiotics in the treatment of children with functional abdominal pain is remarkable.It can significantly alleviate the symptoms of abdominal pain and reduce the recurrence rate,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
